Read all of the posts concerning the cleaning of these types of chillers, and you might think about an immersion chiller.

Help me out. Can not find any realted articles on cleaning these. What have you heard? So far, ni issues with mine, but I do a 160F CIP loop for about 1 hours prior to any batch, then after all batches, and PBW loop (light solution).

Thanks..

I think that is a great deal on that chiller! I paid a lot for my Therminator.
I use starsan as a sainitazer. So before I use my chiller I recirculate the starsan water through it while my wort is boiling. I built a hop stopper, that goes in the boil kettle. I then use a ice chest full of ice and a sump pump to pump ice water through it. In the time it takes to drain my kettle (no recirculation) from 212 degrees is goes into the fermiter at between 50 to 70, depending on the volume (5 or 10 gallons). After I use it I circulate 140 degree oxyclean water through it in each direction while I am cleaning everything else. I love it!! :D Plus it cuts down my brew day time by at least 30 minutes.
Normal is getting dressed and driving through traffic in a car that you are still paying for, in order to get the job you need to pay for the cloths and the car and the house you leave vacant all day so you can afford to live in it.

Good thing, can you imagine what would happen if the world knew?
