I was diggin for some sort of timer program I could install on my laptop to sound an alarm for hop additions and ran across the Brewday Timer by Jon Sheldon.

He obviously took some time to do this, and my asshat is off to him for it and sharing it with the community. He has a link on his site to the BN to boot. I assume he's a BN'er, but It looks like he's been inactive on his site for a while and I found no result on the forum when I did a search for "Brewday Timer". I sent him an email thanking him for his work and I thought I would spread the love here with you crazy bitches.

It's a sweet little program that lets you save off hop schedules. Whenever boil is achieved, one click will start the countdown and alarms sound for up to 4 additions. There are also some other converters and timers on there... It brings a piece of flair to brewday that's so slick, it's like slidding a set of over shaved legs.

I use this one as well... it's pretty cool (assuming you have a laptop available while brewing )

I borrow the laptop for work.... slapped BeerSmith on that bad boy too!

I've been using his timer for quite a while and am beta testing another for him... I always have my laptop running while I'm brewing ... use it to reference the recipe and such...

I could probably help with that if you need another tester.
