Goo Gone will take the labels right off. It's about the only thing that will remove bumper stickers too. Image

After getting the stickers off, try polishing with some Barkeepers Friend. If that doesn't work, try a cloth buffing wheel on an angle grinder with some polishing rouge.

You can also try soaking it in PBW, Oxyclean, or even StarSan. They help me loosen up the labels, and you can use goo gone to clean up the residue that's left.

BarKeepers Friend is a great SST cleaner!
