Copper on the burner...

Thu Mar 19, 2009 7:11 am

Hey all, one of you crafty types must have done this already. I got some left over copper flashing and layered it over top of my cooker stand. Wow what a difference. The pot looked as clean at the end of the session as it did pre boil. Of course if you have the sandwiched bottom pot like b3 sells you already have this built in. As for the rest of us it made cleanup nice and easy and provided a more even heat distribution.

Prost!
