I've been looking for a multiple compartment stainless steel restaurant sink, but haven't been able to find one for less than $300. I kept my eye on Craigslist, and found a darkroom sink for $100. I didn't know what a darkroom sink was, but found out that I needed it.

Score!
If you are connected to a city sewer - I recommend putting on a cheap sink disposal unit. That way you can chop up any spent hops and trub when you clean your kettle, and wash it down.

Yeah, a garbage disposal would be great. Unfortunately, the drain is the same size as a bar sink. A disposal won't fit. Luckily, I haven't had any clogs yet.
One of the caveats my wife had for getting the sink, was that we would have to wash our labs in it. My 90lb lab is almost as big as a great dane. It works great, it's just getting the dog up into the sink that's the problem.
The two faucets are great. I have a hose hooked up to the one that's hot water only, and I can hook up a hose to the hot and cold faucet also.

My parent's had a 90 lb lab up until this past november and the danes TOWERED over him...they also outweighed him by about 40lbs. My wife is 5'7"

Okay, I retract that statement.
Damn, those dogs are big. Here's a bad photo of mine next to the sink.

You just have to watch craigslist for a long time, and jump when something comes up. I wanted to get a commercial stainless sink, ideally two basin with a left drainboard (because of my space available, being right handed, etc.), and of course the basins had to be big enough to fit a keggle in. Exactly what I wanted came up on craigslist for like $150. I contacted the guy on a Tuesday or Wednesday. On Friday I called him to get directions to pick it up on Saturday. He sold it to someone else. I thought we had a deal. Oh well.
So later I tried selling a sofa on craigslist. Like the first 7 people that contacted me bailed. Now I understand the guy above. Someone shows up with cash, you take it.
So I watched craigslist for at least 6 months. Sinks came and went, often $300, sometimes $600 or more. Once in a while one would be cheaper, but not just what I wanted. Finally something came up that was close enough--single large basin with large table surface to the left (about 6' total), under $150. I told the guy I'd be there the next day, showed up with a friend and got it. It is still sitting outside the side of my house as I work on clearing a space in the basement. Hey, it's stainless so it should be fine. It already needed a cleaning anyway.
