i always wanted this regulator but could not justify the cost using those expensive $10 disposable co2 cartridges. i decided to get one and see if i could make an adapter so i could use refillable co2 paintball tanks. i turned the adapter out of aluminum and then bought the appropriate tap and die to cut the the threads. i will use the 20 oz tanks to push my 2 tap jockey box and plan to buy this cool little 3.5 oz tank for dispensing from my 2.5 gallon corny. refills on the 20oz tank are $2 at my local paintball shop.

You can also use a standard paintball "remote" with included adapters and hook a PB tank right up to a standard regulator, works fine.

Neat. Where are you getting your co2 cartridges though? I pay about $1 a piece.

You can also connect the Leland regulator with standard fittings from the hardware store.

Where do you gert them for $1 each? The cheapest I've been able to find is $7. Keep in mind these are not the little 8 or 16 gram cartridges, but 72 (?) gram screw in cartridges.

Now I know what to do with my paintball stuff during the off season (and really the on season as well). I have a regulator and pressure gage. I can use my extra drop forward and the spare 4"length of stainless steel hose. It will be a little more flimsy, but traveling will still be easier.

I am going to get a 20oz paintball canister.

Will I need an adapter for the canister? If so can I get this from Lowes/HomeDepot?

Can you point me to a parts list I will need?

Thanks
