Starsan in Corny Kegs

I have been using Starsan as a sanitizer in my corny kegs. Since I just got some new kegs, it is going to take me a few weeks to fill them. After I got them, I cleaned them up and sanitized them. Although I drained most of the sanitizing soluition out, there is a little bit left in the keg as I did not rinse them.

Is there a problem leaving some of the sanitizing solution in the kegs for a few weeks? I assume the stainless will be fine but the rubber 0-rings I am not sure about. I checked 5-star's web site but they do not have very good information there.

Once I finally get around to cleaning my kegs up good, I always leave them with 1/2 to 3/4 full of StarSan solution for weeks, sometimes months with no issues. When it comes time to fill the keg with beer, I usually just dump out the sanitizer, no rinsing, and fill with beer.

Leave them for as long as you like. I store all of mine that way so that they're ready to use when I need them. I only fill them about 20% full with StarSan though.

I always keep a keg pretty much full of StarSan. When I need a keg I just force the StarSan into another keg and use the freshly vacated keg to put my beer in. This way I am always using a freshly sanitized and purged keg. No problems yet with long term storage of StarSan in the kegs.
