Guys,
I have an 8oz bag of pellet hops that I want to break open and start using... However, my of the recipes that use these hops only need 17g or so - I need to figure out the "best" (yeah, the "best") way to re-package these into smaller 28g or 17g bags...
HELP!!!

If you have a Foodsaver or similar vacuum bagging gadget, use that and then toss them in the freezer. If you don't have one, stick them in a ziplock bag and suck the air out as you seal it. Again, toss them into the freezer.

I agree with Bug vacuum seal them and toss or gently place them in the freezer. That’s how I store mine.

Vacuum seal and freeze them. Works for both pellets and whole flowers.
This is the only way to go.

Buy the continuous roll vacuum seal bags. Make a big bag. Slice it open, take some out, reseal. Be careful some hops don't sneak in under the sealing strip.

I welcome the hops that want to sneak in under the seal by them doing this I don't have to buy more, it's the ones sneaking out that I hate.

I wouldn't store my hops without using a foodsaver.
