In case you missed my thread from a week or so ago, here are some pre-mod pix showing some details not pictured here:

Motor & spider coupler attachment

In this one you can see the L-brackets for the motor mount I fabbed from 1/8" flat bar. The front of the motor has four bolts that were long enough to use to attach it to the brackets. Very convenient.

I mounted the capacitor underneath the top shelf using a hose clamp that I bolted through the shelf.

Here is the roller port. The Barley Crusher required zero modification in this application, aside from removing fiberboard base. I added a fiberboard base of my own for extra strength and appearance.

Cool - my is close to finished as well - needed to hunt down some metric M7 nuts for that motor mount.

I gave the flywheel motorized barley crusher mill to my brew buddy Dave - he told me it took him 2 hours to mill his grain for his last 10 gallon batch and I just cried.
