very nice.

pretty soon, as you gain a bunch of entries, you will need to incorporate some sort of filtering so you can sort through them. perhaps by beer type, clone/original, author, extract/all-grain, etc.

i really like the idea. pretty soon when you have a bazillion recipes and they start getting brewed and commented about this can potentially become in invaluable tool. pleasing layout. good work.

There are filters right now for style, and recipe type (all-grain, extract, partial-mash) and then the search. I like the clone/original idea and author as well.

Thanks for the feedback.

didnt see the "more" on the search.. it still, however, requires you to search for something, leaving the search field blank returns no results. i made it display all american ipa's by searching for a " "(space) and using the "american ipa" filter.

Ahh.. You found a bug there. It should update the search results as you change the filters. It's bouncing an error back right now. I'll take care of that. :jnj

Wow!!! Very, very nice! Is it possible to create a calculator that automatically converts an all-grain recipe to extract or vice-versa as it is entered? That way both recipes would be available on the same page. Not sure if this is realistic but it sure would be helpful.

That's very interesting that you mention that, because I've been throwing around ideas in my head how to make that work. I think it's possible to a certain extent, it would involve mapping base grains to appropriate extracts and vice versa.

That's what I was thinking...specialty grains would remain the same. Probably easier said than done on the coding side, though. Keep up the good work!
