Can u keep pbw in a bucket just like u do star san?

Yup. I keep it until it looks pretty dirty. PBW works well for soaking until the soil load gets too high. It works best hot but I keep about 3-5 gallons in my brew room all the time. I keep StarSan mixed with distilled water too but that stays covered.

Temperature, time, concentration and agitation... if you can't use it hot, let it soak longer!
