Man this thing is dangerous, and just about free though. Batch sparging, gravity fed, ladder using, beast. I got the tall part from my brother who stopped brewing. I also got a chillzilla, brew pot, water filter, and 30 coke kegs.

Well I do have the rest of the system in the works, just waiting on the shop to cut the free angle, and my buddy to weld it up. Will use a pump to move fluid around.

What I have now.

Here is what I will be making, just adding a pump. What is in red is what I will be building.

Might want to consider some heat shields to keep from melting your cooler. Then again, maybe the cooler is high enough that it won't matter.

Was thinking that as well, could just throw up some sheet mtl or something on the sides of the thing.

Cool design. I like the efficient use of a corner. Look like a great system to start AG with.

If you are anything like me, however, you will soon grow tired of climbing up the ladder to dough in and stir your batch sparge. You will then sell your gravity system to your friend so you can build/buy what you really want... a single tier Brutus clone... :)
