for Doc: 25 gallon batch on the 2100 Sculpture

On the Doc's brewday show, Doc mentioned getting a 25 gallon batch on his 2050. How? Concentrated wort and dilution? Foam control and filling to the tip top in the boil kettle? Would love to know how you are achieving this - thanks!

Plan your "pre-boil" gravity to be the same as your post boil gravity. Boil and top off as you go through the boil. Try to keep the wort to the top of the 28 gal kettle as the liquid boils off.

This can also push the limits of the fermenter volume. Use foam control and pick a style that doesn't throw a lot of kreusen.
