I have seen the 75000 BTU burners for $7.99 and it would fit great in my existing stand. What size regulator will I need I don't want to spend more than I have to.

I think that you should pair your burner with the proper pressure ( ie. High or low) regulator.

20 psi works well. 30 is an afterburner. The burner itself isn't that big of a deal.

I would agree, I ended up buying this regulator and I really love it. It is adjustable from 0 to 30 psi. And it was only $21.99.

I found my regulator at a surplus supply store. Fully adjustable. it can go from a candle to afterburner with the turn of the knob. below the knob it has a nut that can tighten in place.
