I'm not proud people! If you have any advice to improve my system, let me know. I've since brought my top tier down about a foot or so and I'm using a plate chiller instead of that counter flow you see there.

Send me samples of what it produces and I will evaluate them free of charge!
I bought a pump after deciding that I wasn't comfortable with a ladder for HLT access, something about moving 170 degree water at showerhead level, but YMMV.
Since dropping my HLT to under the mash tun I've managed to fill my left shoe with mash out water twice  , never did that when I was using gravity.

It's crap. Why did you waste your time on it. Just pack it up and send it to Texas...

Looks good, and storage is a breeze, everything already put away on a shelf.

Seriously, how do you move it?

It's only about 30 lbs. I just pick it up and off it goes. But since I've started batch sparging, I decided to brew inside the garage due to weather. I dropped the top tier and was just lifting my mash tun up and down. PLEASED AS HELL! Since I don't fly sparge, there's no reason to set it up to trickle I just drain the mash tun. Lower it to the HLT and then lift it back up. I didn't have to move shit. Oh my life is good!
