I guess I wasn't following what you meant by gas beam before... my question now is WHY? Pipe seems so much easier to make happen.

I was thinking the same thing, but thought I must be missing something. I thought even hiding the pipe in the tubing would probably be easier if it was an aesthetic idea.

The gas beam is just for looks mainly. Make it look professional... Lol. Its also cheaper. If this dont work im goin with pipe. Plus this is what the directions said. We see it will be dry tonite and i will pressure check it

You'll get better joint penetration and stronger welds if you chamfer the joints with grinder before you weld them.
Create a Vee in the joint so it can be completely filled by the weld.
You want the welds to be as thick as the material you are joining. They will look better too when you're done.
Good luck! :jnj

here is the fitting with JB weld. Worked like a charm!!! JB weld is rated to 550 Deg F so there should be no problem using it here.

Almost done!!! All painted up and casters on. Test fitted the burners. I have no idea how the brutus guy didnt use unions on his pipe joints cus there is not enough clearance to turn and tighten the burners.

Here she is all Done!!! I found a low pressure reg with S.S. Line on ebay for $20. Im not sure if the flow is as high as the 1 from more beer but it will run 2 burners @85-90% output with all 3 going it about 70-75% output
