Nice restaurant equipment. Wok and standard burners are nice. They come in 55K to 880K and up BTU output ranges. I think those are online for $667+ each. Nice find. Do you know the output?

The kettles are cheap ebay aluminum stock pots 60 qt thundergroup. The burners i believe put out 100k btu each
but you cant really run them full bore or you will have about 4 inches of flame up the side of the pots. Any suggestions on false bottoms. Im thinking Jbird but they are kinda pricey.

Thanks for the info on the pots, I am going cheap as well for pots, since I am doing all electric it does not require a good pot, merely a container that can take a temp of boiling.

As far as false bottoms go. I am of the opinion that it does not matter as long as the following 2 items are meet.

1) it can take the weight of the grain bed, so for 15 gallon pots, I would say stainless
2) it covers the entire bottom of the container so you do not get channeling

So, you could make one if you can weld and have a drill press or know someone who does/can. Or measure the bottom and get one that is of a close dimension to the pots dimensions.

I just noticed that the love controllers are to close to burners and are starting to melt.. Not quite sure what im gonna do. Create a heat shield or remove the and build a control box.

I would put the controllers in a little ss electric box on the side away from the heat - like a Brutus.

Their SST one is squatter.

It's hard to sniff at a 6mm thick pot
