I'm working on a Brutus brewstand build, but want safety monitoring on the pilot light.

Anyone familiar with these and know if this will work?

Those would work just fine, but I think you can do better price wise if you are willing to be patient for a while.

After alot more homework I ordered the Honewell pilot safety valve with a soleniod to also control the main burner.

Have to also use a 24vAC transformer....but it'll be safe!
