Help needed from any Metric BNer

I am having a hell of a time trying to source a stainless steel nut - size M16 X 1.5. I need it for this:

This is a really cool RTD probe that I am going to use for my new mash tun. The best thing about it is the spring loaded disconnect - so I can leave it attached.

I know you metric BNers probably have some hardware stores that you can probably find a SS nut like this. They are pretty scarce around here. I have found a coulple of places where I can by a pkg of 100 of them  - but I only need on or two.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Bill - but what is "Steel Grade 8.8"? It's not clear to me that those are stainless, unless it's some other designation that means the same thing. There is a Stainless A-2 grade - but the sizes are not big enough.

Your are right - this place only does stainless up to 12 x 1.75

Sorry for the false alarm.
