San Francisco 3/21/15

Staying a night at Holiday Inn Civic Center in San Francisco on March 21. It looks like Anchor Brewing is in walking distance from the hotel. I also would like to go 21st Amendment. What is best way to get there from either the hotel or Anchor brewing and back to the hotel? Is there a more affordable way then using a Taxi?

It's a long walk to anchor. Walking in S.F. sucks, it's mostly hills and homeless people. Try Lyft instead of a cab. About $7 from hotel to Anchor, $8 from Anchor to 21A, and $8 to get back to the hotel. Good luck and enjoy S.F.

Trip to the Bay area, visited Russian River brewery, 3rd Street Ales in Santa Rosa, Marin Brewing in Larkspur and 21st Amendment, Southern Pacific and Anchor Brewing’s beer garden at The Yard. Thanks Buttchinbrew for the suggestion for Lyft. An affordable way to get around in San Francisco. My only disappointment was that Anchor Brewing is closed on the weekends.
