I am headed to Las Vegas in September for my bro-in-law's 40th birthday. Where are the must visit places?

I can't speak to any of the others, but Tenya distributes here to OH, and I've enjoyed what I ave had from them.

I've been to the Yard house every time I"ve been to Vegas (10+) and it's a great escape to get away from the strip. I know they are currently building a minimall type thing beside the Flamingo that will have a Yardhouse in it. (instead of the $40 round trip cab fare to get to the closest one) I'm just not sure if it is open yet. Hofbrau is fun I've been to the one in Cincy and Pittsburg too and this is the first one where they band got out the "Ricolla" horn and played it. It was a good show and good time. Most of the other bars I recognized are in random casino resorts and I can't vouch for the quality of their list but I"m sure it's pretty good and for a high price. Never made it to any of the breweries you have listed there but I recommend the Yard House for sure. Over 150 taps and great food.

Burger Bar was excellent when I visited in 2010. Sin City's beer is average, but the servers and merch are top shelf.
