Unlike most of the other BN podcasts I don't listen religiously to every episode of Brew Strong. I started off doing so but the amount of beer information was making my head explode. I don't want to obsess about every little detail in my process all the time, so now I just dip in when something sounds interesting.

Which is just a long-winded way of getting to me saying how awesome the Session Beers show was. Much as though I love Double IPAs I mainly prefer to drink lower-strength beers and I find it hard to get body & flavour into them. JZ and Palmer came up with a whole load of techniques that I will definitely be applying.
