My suggestion is to delete the entire thread with the exception of post #1. Then lock the thread and leave it as a sticky so dolts like me won't keep posting their requests for Bell's HopSlam.

For those requesting Bell's Expedition Stout (a favorite of mine), there was a recipe in BYO a few years ago.

My request is for Goose Island Bourbon County Stout.

The barrel ageing is hard to get past but it's one of my favorite "treat" beers for sure.
