I'd like to see Ommengang chocolate indulgence or anything from ommengang for that matter. Also Delirium Tremens is a good beer my wife loves. But I'd have to say Founder's Breakfast stout is one of my faves. :aaron

The breakfast stout recipe has been out through BYO for a while. Here's the link: http://www.byo.com/stories/issue/articl ... tout-clone

There's also a thread on the recipe and results over at homebrewtalk: http://www.homebrewtalk.com/f68/founder ... ne-139078/

Good luck!

I'd love to see 21st Amendment Bitter American as it's going off the shelf for the season here in NYC and I'd love to brew it up for the summer.

I'd also suggest Ommegang Hennepin. This was probably the beer that started me on my craft beer journey and led me to the wonderful world of Belgian beers, Saisons and farmhouse ales...

I think it's pretty clear that CYBI now needs to take on Butterbeer and give us all what we've been waiting for.

You mean Judy's and Jeks don't carry Cantillon?
