My suggestion is to delete the entire thread with the exception of post #1. Then lock the thread and leave it as a sticky so dolts like me won't keep posting their requests for Bell's HopSlam.

For those requesting Bell's Expedition Stout (a favorite of mine), there was a recipe in BYO a few years ago.

My request is for Goose Island Bourbon County Stout.

The barrel ageing is hard to get past but it's one of my favorite "treat" beers for sure.

Well I hope these suggestions won't be deleted just cause the ones I haven't tried go onto my wishlist for future purchases.
