Citrus Bomb IPA recipe

I've received a number of requests to post the recipe for my Citrus Bomb IPA that we were drinking during the 4/10/2011 show. It features a couple new and interesting hop varieties, Delta and Falconer's Flight. Check it out and brew it up!
10 gallon batch. Adjust accordingly depending on your batch size..
81% American 2-row
10% Belgian Pils
5% Crystal 15L
2% Carapils
2% Turbinado Sugar
Mash temp 152F, 45 minutes. Mash out 165F 15 min.
Mash hop: 1.50oz Delta
60 minute boil. All kettle hops are whole hops.
18 IBU Magnum @ 60 min.
15 IBU Columbus @ 30 min.
10 IBU Citra @ 15 min.
10 IBU Amarillo @ 10 min.
7 IBU Delta @ 5 min.
Flame out: 2oz. Amarillo, 1oz. Citra, 1.50oz. Delta
Wyeast 1056 or WLP001
Dry hop at 10 days into fermentation: 6oz. Falconer's Flight
1.068 - 1.012, 7.41% ABV
The idea was to create a citrus-focused IPA, one that doesn't rely so much on a dank-centered dry hop, as in my other go-to IPA, North Oakland Double IPA.
Here's some more information about Delta:

(Cross between Fuggle & Cascade.)
Statement from Hop Union about Falconer's Flight:
"Hopunion LLC Falconer's Flight™ is a proprietary pellet blend comprised of many of the Northwest's most premier hop varieties including the highly acclaimed Citra™, Simcoe®, and Sorachi Ace along with experimental hops and numerous other NW varieties."

If I can get my hands on a little more Falconer's Flight I plan to re-brew this for the BN Club Night and Hospitality Suite at the NHC.. And if I don't drink the rest of this keg between now and then I'll send the rest down to the Southern California Homebrewer's Fest.. Might be tough to keep my hands off of it.
