I am stoked! This is my local brewery. My favorite brews from IBC are the Flower Power IPA, and CascaZilla.
Justin, if you're taking show questions for Jeff O'Neil, Executive Brewer, I would like to hear about the "super friends" project. Also, what level of interaction does IBC have with local homebrewers?

+1. I <3 Flower power and Brute and White Gold.
and yes Justin / Scott the Pro-JOO-cer, it's spelled Ithaca, not Ithica.

Jeff is an awesome brewer. I think before he got there, Ithaca's lineup was pretty forgettable. It's great that someone gave the right guy some creative range, and when you taste beers like Brute and White Gold, I believe it's called, you know you're tasting a real work of, I hesitate to say it, but yeah, art. Not that the funky ones are the only ones that deserve credit. The Flower Power just kills it too. I have been seeing that pop up on a lot more draft accounts in NYC.

Ithaca has always been good but recently has been out of this world. Thanks Jeff! I still can not have a Cascazilla without wanting an order of Buffalo Wings. A perfect match if you ask me.
Where exactly are they getting these "New York" hops? Seneca Falls or from Madison County?

Now, it could be just me - but I see a face in the logo above the word Ithaca on the Session page.
Does it look a bit like the Elephant Man's face to anyone else?

I would love to hear about their Alphalpha Double Honey Bitter (DIPA brewed with honey) I got to try it once and have been waiting for the day I'll get to again, maybe we could squeeze a recipe out of them?
