Yahoo won't allow direct linking. You will have to either just post a link to the album or use another service. I like
www.photobucket.com They allow direct linking and you can just copy and pasted the code. Oh and it's free also.

There are a few others out there as well that people use but I also like photobucket.com. Been using the free features for about 6 months now with no problems...

You can also get photobucket to do thumbnails.
Just check the little box by the picture and then go down to the drop down menu at the bottom of the page and select the generate HTML and IMG item.
Then copy and paste the code for thumbnails. I was going to put up an example, but I can't get my photobucket account to load on this crappy connection I've got right now.
