"The immense importance of a pint of ale to a common person should never be overlooked" From the Canon of St Pauls Cathedral
Its the otherway Doc, Infusion mash, I need strike water at about 168 deg F which gives me about 68 deg C strtike temp which in reality is about 158 deg F. The 100 is assumed on the thermometer in deg F
Why can't you guys jump on the metric band wagon? Then my instruments would only be calibrated in one unit
