I like to brew for christmas a Sweet Stout with Chocolate. I will base the recipe on Jamil Sweet Stout and add some HERSHEY'S Cocoa Natural Unsweetened, about 1/2 pound. Will the chocolate affect the head. Instead of black patent malt i will like to use De-Bittered Black Malt so i can balance the bitterness of the chocolate. Opinions?
