I used the therminator for the first time on an apa, it is a beer i have brewed before it is finished & on co2. My question is how to clean it up
ie every cloudy. My gess is the hot brake is the cause, if so how do i fix
it without more equipment to buy or geliton? Some how drop the hot brake in the boil pot like i was doing with the ic.

Hotbreak and hop trub may be part of the problem but it's the cold break too.
You can still apply Jamil's Whirlpool Method when using any external chiller, as long as you are using a pump. Just return the wort back into the kettle to whirlpool it and then siphon into the fermenter just like you used to do.
If you don't have a pump you could just let the trub settle out in the primary and then carefully rack the beer to a secondary fermenter.

Filtering's gonna cost time AND money, and remeber that you need to buy new pads every time you want to filter.
I say chill as normal and transfer into one carboy or bucket or what-have-you (covered). Let it sit for about 30min so the trub settles to the bottom and then siphon off of the trub and into your fermenter. You can't oxidize 'cause the fermentation will eat up the O2 from racking, and if you're careful and clean you shouldn't have any problems. It's an extra step, but less time and effort than filtering, and gravity is free.

If you leave it in the keg long enough it will clear. Could be a yeast problem as well. What kind of yeast did you use?
I have used 1056/001 with mixed results, and sometimes it is clear others it is cloudy.
