well a good choice would be to use.... barley, hops, water, and yeast....
all which can be found in the wild.
almost any grain can be malted and hops are wild in some places... water come on... yeast, It's a belgian!

Not much to input on your question, but I was wondering why you were looking for the info? Just a personal thing?

Yeast can be found in the bush. Not sure if I'd want to use that, though.

(sorry, couldn't help it)

I don't understand the question... what do you mean by brew "naturally"? As BUB so eloquently points out, beer ingredients are natural. Are you refering to organic? Or are you thinking more of you will be living in the trees for a year and want to make booze with what you find in the woods... but that would be crazy.

Berries and river water I supose...

Then there is always the OPB method. But you'd have to be a woman with a yeast inrection. :toi
