Does anyone have this recipe? The Beer Dujour site seems to be down. Thanks in advance!

Yep, that's it for 5 gallons at 60%. I always like to add that you don't have to use that elaborate of a hop bill. The recipe is all about the malts. Any 32-35 IBU late hopping focused hop bill will do.

Awesome. Thanks for the info gentlemen, and thanks for sharing your recipe with us Tasty. Absolutely loved (as did my friends, they killed a corny of it in no time flat)the batch of Janet's Brown I did, really looking forward to brewing this one too.

I plugged this into beersmith2 but its only showing IBUs in the 20s.....any reason why?

Also Im going to be scaling this to a 2.5 gallon batch. To save money on the hop bill I want to use only simcoe, cent, cascade to achive the proper IBU's as Tastey mentioned. Think that will work out ok?

THank you and cheers
