If you end up doing this, I would go with Brewinhard's proceedure, not White Labs. The extra oxygen pickup from pouring all the bottles back into a bucket and rebottling is a bad deal. If you think you have to add more priming sugar then I would just add a tsp to each bottle when eyedropping yeast and recapping quickly. Good luck.

Thats a great tip. My Whiskey Porter seems to be real slow carbonating. The near 17% abv i feel put too much stress on the yeast. Seems like a great idea!

Agreed! I would not rack back to a bottling bucket at this point either. Too much chance of oxidation occurring. The injection of yeast slurry into each bottle is much less risky.
