Have Hops - what should I make?

I was at HopTech today and they had a bunch of stuff in stock. (not affiliated with them, by the way). I grabbed 2 oz of Citra, 2 oz of Simcoe and 2 oz of Sorachi Ace. In addition, I have Cascade and Centennial at home.

What do you guys recommend I make? Once I come up with something interesting, I'll go get the grain.

Currently in bottles I have:
Hefe using WPL380
Anchor Liberty clone attempt (obviously not cloned but good anyway)

Fermenting now:
don't know what to call it. Maris Otter and Crystal 15, Cascade hops at 60 minutes and 15 minutes. It had an OG of 1065. It's down to 1020 now and will probably stop around 1012 or so. Will dry hop more cascade.

Give me some creative ideas!

Question #1: Do you like beer that smells of cat piss?
If not use the citra late in the boil and I'm not kidding. I had a beer at the Fresh Hop Ale Festival which used citra early and it seriously smelled of cat lady.
So I'd make an IPA because all those citrusy hops scream IPA
So what I would do is bitter with centennial
add an ounce of cascade at 30
drop in your two ounces of citra and 2 ounces of Sorachi at 5 min
dryhop with two ounces of cascade.
for 5 gallons.

Mix all your hops together (save a few oz Cascade for dry) and portion them out into 0.5 oz additions. Starting at flame out, work backwards with 0.5 oz additions every 5 min or so until your brewing software gives you an IBU range you're happy with. If it's too low on IBU, shift a few additions to earlier in the boil, if it's too high, move them towards the end. Go with a relatively straightforward APA or IPA grist.

I've used Citra as a single hop an never smelled anything that smelled even remotely like cat piss, and it's not a character I've ever picked up. Not saying you're full of shit, it's probably one of those things that some people are sensitive to and others aren't... like the whole asparagus and pee thing (which I can't smell either)...

+ 1 on the Citra. Maybe you detected the Cat Piss from the Simcoe. Simcoe to me stands out like a sour thumb, very bitter and sour, but that is just me.

It's possible it was another hop and btw it was still a great beer once I got passed the cattiness. Also I like your idea of mixing them better than my idea but I'd make sure to dryhop 2 oz or drop a nice large dose in at flameout or both.

My Asparagus pee would knock a rhino down! That's why I'm dry hopping with Summit this time. I just gotta know. I've also read that Citra does not do well as an early hop addition. I've also really enjoyed some IPAs with cattiness in them. I also love my 2 cats. Grilled asparagus is on the home made pizza I'm eating right now. I'm rambling, better have another beer.
