BeerSmith question

Just started playing with BeerSmith (have used ProMash but never really got the hang of it) and am wondering about mash profiles. I use Denny's Cheap 'n Easy batch sparge method and wonder which BeerSmith mash profile matches that method most closely.

Batch sparge is an option in BeerSmith. You just select the level of body you want and adjust the temps as desired.

I mostly use Single Infusion, Medium Body, Batch Sparge for my recipes, because I do most of my mashes at 152F.

Ditto. Single infusion, medium body(Depends on styled),batch sparge. Water/temp calcs are bout spot on. Make sure you lock in your equipment profile for better accuracy.

I've found that BeerSmith does a poor job on batch sparging volumes. I can never get them to match Denny's method. Everything else about BS is great.
