First attempt at a Patersbier. WL 530 = necessary blowoff hose!

Single infusion at 152 F. Ran out of propane (both tanks) with 15 minutes left. Let it sit above 200F for 10 minutes and then chilled. Hope it comes out ok.

Recipe is 5lbs pilsner, 4 lbs Munich, 3 lbs Vienna and 1 lb caramunich II. Hallertau Mittelfruh 4% - 1.4 ounce at 60 and 1 ounce at 20. I let it sit at 51F overnight, racked to a new carboy, O2 and pitched 3 packets of 34/70.

I plan to reuse the yeast in the next couple lagers...those 34/70 packets are almost as expensive as liquid.
