Started boil on my Klickitat Sour. 6# Munich 5# Washington Select. Mashed at 145. Hit all numbers. No bittering hops just 2oz Willamette at 10 min. Pitching a 2L decanted starter of lacto at 85° for a week, then chill to 65° and pitch 1332 NW Ale. Looking for a PNW version of an American Sour. Fun to try new stuff.

Brewing Junior Brown, a Mild with PNW ingredients. I guess you could call it a session ABA too.

Oud bruin with the new Wyeast pc 3209 blend. Might be used for blending if needed.

My buddy and I are brewing both a light bodied IPA with Cascade, Chinook, Centennial and CTZ and a Special Bitter. Double brew days are the best.
