Fermentation

I realized after fermentation had started that my single packet of us04 was to little. I rehydrated and the fermentation started well and still going good at 24hrs. I have a packet of us 05 I could add. Should I wait or do a starter perhaps and pitch that as well?
Stout OG of 1.080 and would like to get to maybe 1.016 or so.

I think you will be fine providing you aerated your wort well. You may have under pitched a tad, but it will be okay. SO-4 likes to drop out pretty quickly so you may want to consider swirling the fermenter gently towards the end of fermentation to rouse the yeast and keep it finishing out.

You'll be fine, especially if you rehydrated it before you pitched it.
Good aeration and rehydrating a pack of good dry yeast (like US-04) should yield a good fermentation.
Like brewinhard said, you may want to swirl it around late in the ferment to re-rouse it a bit, but it should turn out fine.

Just wanted to follow up as the advice was great I just checked today and got a gravity reading of 1.022 which as I read up more is within an expected range for imperial stouts and it tasted decent. I
guess we will see after I bottle condition for a couple months.
