What can I make with WLP 550?

I was planning on making a Saison, but we just bought a keg of our local craft brew Blackmarket Saison. What else can I make with WLP 550. I already made a starter. Thx.

Belgian Pale Ale, then use the yeast cake for a Tripel.

Thanks. Just made a Dubbel with 500, so this will be a nice experiment. Still looking for other ideas if anyone has any. Thanks for feedback so far.

A scottish ale akin McChouffe after all 550 is achouffe house strain if i am not mistaken.
Fermenting; manuka smoked barley wine, 3203 red ale.
Bottled; too many,
Kegged; 60/-
On Deck; Count ding dong and inbred ding dong, belgian dark strong with/out brett.
Building; single tier brew system
