 Post subject: YeastCalc - Number of Doublings

With the YeastCalc (http://www.yeastcalc.com/index.html), does the "Number of Doublings" matter or become to large that is detrimental to the yeast?

I'm trying to build up some old yeast on a stir plate and using the calculator to estimate the total yeast, starter volume, and number of steps needed.
