Yeah, put it away for at least 6 mos like Bug said. A beer this big would need to age anyway. If you'r pretty sure all you are tasting is hot, fusal alcohol (what were your ferm temps anyway, especially first 36hrs?) then they may really smooth out with time. Don't blend it now. As far as FG, like Spyder said, is there anyway you may have mashed at a really lower temp than you intended, (checked thermometers) creating a lot more food for that 099?
