Don't worry about it, it'll be fine!

Adding sugar to beer will increase the alcohol content because sugar is highly fermentable, this will also dry out the beer too.
However the chances are the amount of sugar you added won't be a large enough amount to make too a noticable difference to the beer. How much did you add?

Just wait for fermentation to finish completely and then add more priming sugar when it comes to bottling.
