Racking fittings for Plastic (gulp) Conical?

Hey all,

Does anyone have any ideas/experience putting a rotating racking valve onto a plastic conical?

I'm looking at buying two of these:
http://www.usplastic.com/catalog/varian ... nt_id=8786

It has 1/4" thick walls.

Besides the dump valve, I really need a sideport - little help? I'm thinking some sort of NASA setup like Blichmann uses, but maybe someone already has put the parts together in a Grainger/McMaster Carr shopping list?

Thanks!
Mike

60 gallon conicals? I was going to recommend a weldless fitting with a 1/2" ss tubing arm, but that's going to take a long time at that volume.

Yea, I'm moving up to bbl or 1.5 bbl batches. you think I should go to 1.5" port?

You should be able to scale this one up to whatever size you want.
