I checked my mash thermomters against my Thermapen.

MT Brewmometer - 0 deg

Recirc Fermatap Thermometer (mounted in a SS cross w/QDs) - 10 deg low
HLT Brewmometer - 4 deg low

It would appear that my mash has been close but I've been running my recirc a bit too hot.
