Hi all,

I've got some leftover Munich LME and it occured to me that it might make a great base for ham glaze. Any ideas? Recipes?

Thanks in advance,
Ray

lol, the last two posts basically state what I thought as soon as I read the title. This sounds like a HUGE winner to me. Pour a little Dr Pepper over a ham and smear the LME or even DME for that matter.

Ooooooo, I like this idea!

didnt someone on here do a (beercan) chicken w/DME. And all it did was caramelize and burn? In my thinking, the liquid with basting would be the way to go.
