Actually, I'd be interested in the green bean casserole eggrolls too. C'mon, give it up Capt!

Glaze
1 cup brouwn sugar
3 cups stout(or another low hopped beer)
1/2 T crushed red pepper
1/8 t nutmeg
1/8 t ground cinnamon
S + P
Mix everything together and reduce it by about half in a sauce pan.
Next time, I think I will use a small bit of maple syrup, too.
I start glazing it every 10 minute for the last hour or so.
I also brine the turkey for at least a day.
Super easy.

bacon
2 bags of frozen greenbeans, thawed
1 cn of "cream of" soup of your preference
3 T milk
cheddar cheese
french fried onions
egg roll wraps
mix all together and wrap em up and deep fry them.
I have done this many wys and spiced it different, but for me the best combo was just salt and pepper.
Another super simple, yet effective recipe from the capt.
Enjoy
