Anthony Bourdain (If you haven't read Kitchen Confidential, you owe it to yourself. Especially if you ever worked in a restaurant.

Alton Brown (except for the homebrewing episode) :horse

I have a few. Not sure if I can narrow it down to just one.

Bobby Flay has always been a favorite, as has Alton Brown.

Paxton is certainly my current favorite. I'm also a big fan on Ina Garten.

I'll give a mention to Giada de Laurentiis. Yeah, mainly for her looks, but her food is pretty awesome, too!

Thomas Keller; his "house beers" are contracted from Brooklyn and Russian River. Food's not too shabby either.
