black boss porter sauces?

vegetarian wondering about uses for black boss.
it seems like the perfect base for toppings to sweet flavored dish's.
the up coming weekend im planning on doing cornmeal pancakes with a syrup of...
boiled down black boss, malt extract, and maple syrup.
it will be highly un accurate but im hoping for a mix of
50%BBP
25%LME
25% Vermont maple syrup
any thoughts
