Oh there will be bacon on a few. Not all, but a few. I will say that I have to be careful in using a lot of things like that. My competition will likely move in that direction.

Looks good - the only thing I would add would be to grind your own burger from steak if at all possible. Makes a world of difference and it allows you to safely leave a center pink if you'd like.

I would like to do this, I think I'm going to have them ground fresh for me if I can. I got this. I will post a link to pics after the show down. Either way win or lose its gonna be a good time!

it's easy to turn sirloin or chuck or whatever steak into a burger in a food processor, regular blade.
